Coltura is a nonprofit on a mission to accelerate America’s transition beyond gasoline.

We use cutting-edge data, policy advocacy, and creative storytelling to drive the fuel switch to cleaner, cheaper, local electricity.

By focusing on people who use the most gasoline (“Gasoline Superusers”) and the communities most burdened by fuel costs, we create solutions that cut pollution faster and share the benefits of clean transportation with everyone.

Groundbreaking Research & Analysis

Coltura’s data-driven reports shed light on who uses the most gasoline, who is most burdened by gasoline costs, and how we can transition to a cleaner future faster.
